How no doc business loans work
No doc lending is for owners who have the equity but not the paperwork, or who simply don't have time to gather it.
We verify who you are, who owns the property, what it's worth and what's owing. We agree a sensible exit with you. Then we fund.
Who it suits

A farm contractor buying machinery at a clearing sale
A contractor in regional Queensland found a well-priced harvester at a clearing sale with a 48-hour payment window. With no time for financials, we funded $310,000 against his rural block with no income documents in time to secure the machine.
Frequently asked questions
Is a no doc business loan legitimate?
Yes. It's secured lending assessed on property equity and exit strategy instead of income. It's widely used by self-employed Australians for business purposes.
What will you still need from me?
Photo ID, property ownership details, what you owe on the property, the purpose of the loan and how you plan to repay it.
Can I use a no doc loan to pay an ATO debt?
Yes. Clearing ATO debt is one of the most common uses, especially where overdue lodgements make other finance hard to get.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. There's no cost to apply or check your eligibility. All costs are set out in writing in your loan offer before you sign anything.
Will checking my eligibility affect my credit score?
No. Our 60-second eligibility check doesn't make a credit enquiry. A credit check is only done later, with your consent, if you decide to proceed.
