A seasonal farm business ahead of harvest
A grain grower in regional NSW needed $120,000 for fuel, parts and contract labour two weeks before harvest, with last year's returns still with the accountant. We used his bank statements and a caveat over a separately titled block. He was funded in 36 hours and repaid from grain receipts.
Frequently asked questions
What documents do I need for a low doc business loan?
For a cash-flow loan: ID, your ABN and recent business bank statements. For a property-secured loan: ID, property details (a rates notice helps) and your existing loan statement if there's a mortgage.
Are low doc loans only for sole traders?
No. We fund companies, trusts, partnerships and sole traders, provided there's an active ABN.
Is low doc the same as no doc?
Not quite. No doc usually means property-secured lending with no income evidence at all. Low doc can also mean a cash-flow loan based only on bank statements.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. There's no cost to apply or check your eligibility. All costs are set out in writing in your loan offer before you sign anything.
Will checking my eligibility affect my credit score?
No. Our 60-second eligibility check doesn't make a credit enquiry. A credit check is only done later, with your consent, if you decide to proceed.
